Pines Library Card

Adults 18 years or older who wish to get a library card must show a valid form of identification (driver's license, current phone bill or rent statement, etc.) with that patron's current mailing address.

Students 17 years or younger who wish to get a library card must have the parent's/guardian's signature in order to receive a card.

If a patron loses or misplaces his library card, the patron should notify the library immediately. The card will be cancelled so that no one can use it. If a patron does not notify the library, he will be held accountable for all materials checked out on the card. The charge for a new card is $2.00, plus any fines that are on the account. Any lost library cards found or turned into the library are held at the front desk. Ask a staff member and they will be happy to help you in any way.
