Our Logo
We worked with our friends at Brainstorm Marketing to develop a fresh, new logo to take us into the future. The image is a tree that is made up of interconnecting puzzle pieces. The puzzle pieces represent the library as a place for people to connect with resources and with one another, within the context of our community, which is represented by the tree trunk. Each of the book colors represents an aspect of the library: orange represents fun and optimism; green represents prosperity and growth; and blue represents freedom and reliability.
Our Mission
Our mission is to ensure that the citizens of Colquitt County have the right and the means to free and open access to ideas and information which are fundamental to a democracy, and to protect intellectual freedom, promote literacy, encourage lifelong learning, and provide library materials and information services in a variety of formats.
