DVD CHECKOUT PROCEDURE
A valid adult library card is required.
Only the card holder may use the library card to check out DVDs.
Patrons may check out 3 DVD titles at a time.
Check out period is 7 nights — 8 days. Sundays and holidays are not counted.
Please allow 5 days before checking out a DVD for the second time. This allows others to enjoy it.
DVDs should be returned in their cases. They may be placed in the book drop at the rear of the library. Please place them in the weather proof media side of the container.
CARE OF DVD’s
Handle disc by the outer edge or center hole.
Keep the disc clean & dust free.
Return discs to their cases immediately after use.
Check the surface of the disc before playing it.
DAMAGES HAPPEN SOMETIMES
You are responsible for the care and safe return of materials on loan to you.
Please, DO NOT attempt to repair damaged items. Report the problem to library staff.
If replacement is required, costs are based on current manufacturer’s costs.
Please return all materials on time.
Overdue fines are 50 cents per day per DVD.
Charges for missing DVD cases are $3.00 each.
IT IS THE LAW!
Under no circumstances may admission be charged for DVD showings using any portion of a DVD from the Moultrie-Colquitt County Library. This also applies to donations for the program or for food concessions.
DVDs are for the home market and may NOT be shown in public performances.
Any form or reproduction of these DVDs is prohibited by Federal Copyright Laws.
These laws apply to the extraction of sequences or footage and to public performance use of DVDs.
The Moultrie-Colquitt County Library abides by these regulations in their use of DVDs and expects patrons to do the same.
