            Meeting Rooms

The Library offers 2 meeting rooms available for the public. The primary function of the meeting rooms is to provide space for library related activities. The rooms are available to groups and individuals engaged in educational and cultural, intellectual or charitable functions.

All meetings must be open to the general public and no admission or attendance fee may be charged. Fees may be charged for materials used in a program or for meals/refreshments served as part of the program.

Meeting rooms are available only during regular library hours. The Library Director will review all requests to use the rooms and may reject any which are deemed unsuitable. The Moultrie-Colquitt County Library Library Board has final authority on use of the rooms.

Library audio-visual equipment, tables, and podiums are available for use by groups using the meeting rooms. Arrangements for their use must be made when the reservation is made.

Rooms may be reserved by telephone or in person. For more information on the library meeting rooms and the policy of usage, please refer to the meeting rooms policy at the front desk or call the library at (229)985-6540.
